Shipping

At Royal Esthetics and Lash Co, we strive to ensure a seamless shipping and returns experience for our customers:

Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 12 pm Friday PST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and once the item has been shipped. Please note that once orders are placed, they cannot be changed. We are not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.

Lost or Stolen Items: Once items have been delivered and scanned as delivered to the customer's address, Royal Esthetics & Lash Co. cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is the customer's responsibility to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card company.

Shipping Address: Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct to avoid any lost or misplaced orders. Royal Esthetics & Lash Co. will not re-ship or refund orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damaged Items: Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days, and the damaged package must be delivered to your local USPS office for us to file a claim on your behalf.

Signature Requirement: Shipments exceeding $300 require a signature for delivery.

Reshipping: Any packages returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be shipped again at the customer's expense.

U.S. SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: Orders placed after 11 am PT for overnight or 2-day expedited shipping will be shipped out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-30 Business Days
  • DHL: 3-5 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES: Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. Please note that any additional custom duty taxes or fees once your package has left our facility are the sole responsibility of the customer. For information regarding custom duty taxes in your country, please contact your local postal or customs office.

LOST ORDERS: Royal Esthetics & Lash Co. will not be responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered. It is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card company.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.

PLEASE NOTE: Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a defective product or quality concerns, please return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return and refund processes may take up to 3 weeks from the return acceptance date.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages: If a package is returned due to an invalid address, inability to deliver, or refusal by the customer, a restocking fee of $10 will be applied, and store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card will be issued minus the shipping fee.
