Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. Here are some important guidelines to follow when returning a product to Royal Esthetics & Lash Co.:

  • Return Period: Returns can only be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item.

  • Condition of Items: Royal Esthetics & Lash Co. items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Damaged items that show signs of usage or do not comply with our return policy will be declined and shipped back at the customer's expense. We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days.

  • Nature of Products: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of open products for sanitary reasons. Sale items are also not returnable or refundable.

  • Packaging: Please ensure that the items you return to us are adequately packaged. We do not accept responsibility for any products lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked.

  • Defective Items: If an item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item once we receive the defective product.

  • Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the products you receive for any reason, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Once items are shipped, we are not responsible if the package is damaged or becomes lost. At this moment, we are unable to process any international returns. Please ask any questions prior to making a purchase.

  • Processing Time: Once your return has been received, please allow 10 business days for processing. After processing, we will send you an email to confirm that your return has been completed. Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. We do not refund original shipping charges.
